This piece was part of my ongoing exploration of watercolours — learning to paint more expressively and to let the medium lead the way. Inspired by the elegant Poppy Royal Wedding variety, I focused on allowing colours to merge and flow freely, creating movement and depth through layered washes.
The background became a space to experiment with a richer palette, blending earthy tones and soft greens to contrast the delicate white petals and their subtle purples and reds. It’s a study in freedom, spontaneity, and the beauty of letting go of control, allowing water and pigment to find their own harmony.

I ship internationally via courier, to have a tracking number so I make sure the items arrive to your home.
