I have just finished this painting of Cresta di Jetoula, with the views of the Dente del Gigante on top, based on a picture that photographer Luca Fontana @mountainscaper, allowed me to use as inspiration. This is one for my "Mountain Tops Collection" series.
I loved to see the different ridges of this mountain. I've suffered a lot doing it as well, as there is so much detail on those ridges. The mountains in the area of the Monte Bianco Massif are jaw-inspiring.
Used soft pastels, pan pastels, charcoal and pastel pencils on La Carte Pastel.
Soon to be framed on an ornate wooden frame.
