Another one of my autumn plein air soft pastels painting in my local park Manor House Gardens. I've made it on a beautiful but super cold day, so I've moved fast not to get frostbite fingers!
I have noted before the tree reflection on the lake and really liked it, and after scouting around the park and noticing that all the other spots that I was watching lost their leaves, I've decided to put my easel next to the lake and paint this reflection.
Soft pastels on Clairefontaine Pastelmat.
