A soft pastels painting of a view from the balcony of my home in Morgex, in the heart of the Valdigne, with the Tour de l'Archet, the old home of the Count of Savoy that used to manage the Aosta Valley in its heyday. You can see the tip of the Mont Blanc emerging from the top of the turret. The painting is on Pastelmat 24x30 cm on a wine colour sheet, and I've used Sennelier and Unison Pastels plus Faber Castells, Caran d'Ache and Stabilo soft pastel pencils and Derwent tinted charcoals.
At the moment sold unframed, covered to keep its colours. .
In exhibition at the Blackheath Conservatoire.
Price of painting is unframed.
