A view from the state road number 26 of Monte Emilius and Becca di Nona. This is a view you get as soon as you leave the Valdigne (Valley of the Monte Bianco) and turn into the big valley that takes you to the city of Aosta in the Aosta Valley.
I always loved Monte Emilius, as it's cut'off side is so distinctive. These two mountains are the ones you see when skiing in Pila, (skiers right), but from there, you do not see the big drop of the face of Monte Emilius.
Every time we drive through there, I take pictures of this. Obviously I am not on the driving seat!
