My latest painting of the view from Aiguille du Midi, the legendary lift in Chamonix Mont Blanc, from where you can see the Mont Blanc, and also go to ski the Vallée Blanche. But if you see to the other side, you can see the amazing mountains of Grandes Jorasses, that divides France from Italy, and also the Dent du Géant (Dente del Gigante o Giant's Tooth, that very renown mountain seen from all over in Courmayeur Mont Blanc, the Italian side of the Monte Bianco!)
I love the towering peaks, the impressive rock facades and the light and shadows you can see in the mountains. This is what I am trying to express in this painting.
