Part of my new collection of "Argentina- Land of Contrasts", this painting depicts all what Mendoza has to offer. It is after all the land of wine and the sun!
This mountain chain is called the "Cordón del Plata" (or Silver massif) and you can see the characteristic vineyards, the alamos trees, the mountains and the blue skies. Mendoza is pretty dry, with the sun shining a lot during the year. They have a sophisticated watering system to irrigate the land for their vineyards. Thus is the land of the renown Malbec.
60 cm x 80 cm (23.62" x 31.49" unframed) - I used soft pastels, pan pastels, pastel pencils and charcoal on La Carte Pastel.

I ship internationally via courier, to have a tracking number so I make sure the items arrive to your home.
